Mr. Shan is currently the President of CICC Capital Co.,Ltd., he joined CICC in 2001, ever served as the head of CICC Shanghai branch, head of enterprise advisory department, and managing director of investment banking department. Before joining CICC, Mr. Shan was responsible for the work in listed company division of China Securities Regulatory Commission Shanghai Branch, and has one year working experience at the London Stock Exchange as a visiting scholar.

Mr. Shan has more than 20 years’ experience in PE investment and investment banking. In the field of equity investment, Mr. Shan plays the leading role of more than 30 billion’s investment in various industries, including medical health, artificial intelligence, new retail, new energy, new materials, advanced manufacturing and others. Before that, in investment banking department of CICC, Mr. Shan He has successfully provided services including restructuring, H-share and A-share listing, private equity financing, bond financing, merger and acquisition for dozens of large state-owned enterprise groups, red chip companies and private enterprises in industry of medical and health, culture and media, Internet, finance, telecommunications, energy, transportation, real estate and others.

Mr. Shan holds Bachelor Degree in Econometrics from Fudan University and Master Degree in Management Science from Fudan University, and has received EMBA of Wudaokou, Tsinghua University.
