Jenny Zeng is the Founder and Managing Partner of MSA Capital, where she oversees all Asia investments. Jenny has over 20 years of investment and operational experience.  

Jenny was the first Executive Director of China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and founded one of the first boutique investment banking firms. She was an early investor in many sector-leading companies, such as Nio (NYSE: NIO), Yidu Cloud (2158.HK), BOSS Zhipin (NASDAQ: BZ), Black Sesame Technology (2533.HK), Pyrotech and Sironax. Jenny was recognized as one of the 30 Most Influential Investors in China in 2022 by Forbes. She was awarded "Top30 Best VC Fund Investors in 2023" by China-FoF, and "Top100 Investors in 2023" by Zero2IPO. Under her leadership, MSA was awarded “2021 Firm of the Year - China” and “2021 Exit of the Year - Asia” by Private Equity International. In 2023, MSA was also recognized as “Top 25 Best VC Funds of 2023” by China-FoF.

She is a member of the Council of The Future Forum and a member of the Strategic Cooperation and Development Committee of Institute for AI International Governance at Tsinghua University. She is also a member of the Brookings China Council and the Greater China Council of The Nature Conservancy.
