Mr. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Renmin University of China, and an MBA from China Europe International Business School (“CEIBS”).

Mr. Lefei Liu joined CITIC Private Equity Funds Management in 2008 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Liu served as Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of the Investment Management Department of China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Before that, he served as General Manager of the Investment Management Department of China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., as an Executive Director at Capital Securities, and in the General Office of the Ministry of Finance.
